Working with some of the market leaders in construction they have helped to deliver some of the largest and most complex projects successfully. With a wealth of experience in all sectors namely retail, industrial, residential, leisure and commercial they are able to offer clients a complete solution for any project from initial design through to final delivery.

Gus Allan Director
Director
Gus has worked in the roofing industry for over 30 years and has been involved in numerous major roofing projects for Tier 1 clients predominantly within the London area. He is responsible for Construction, Procurement and because of his in-depth knowledge of roofing is involved in the detailed design of most projects where we are appointed. Of course, also being a Director/Owner of the business he is key to the operation of Alltech Roofing.
Gavin Minnis
Director
Gavin has been involved in commercial roofing for over 25 years, starting as a labourer before advancing to a skilled installer, Site Supervisor, Procurement Manager and now looks after the financial side of the business and general management of company activities. He has his fingers in all the pies and enjoys a long and establishes relationship with his fellow Director, Gus Allan as they navigate their way through the ever-changing demands of running a successful roofing company in the capital city.
Grzegorz Smaglo
Project Director
Greg is key to all Project operations, directing a team of managers and liaising daily with the clients to ensure that the projects are on time, on budget and resolving construction issues that are inevitable in the design and build of complex high performance roofing packages. He is our key man, knows intimately every aspect of operations and is well known within the London roofing industry.
Kris Skyzrynski
Surveying & Support Manager
Kris comes from a Project Manager background and his wealth of roofing knowledge and technical knowhow is now being put to good use in his new role overseeing estimating, commercial matters, IT, processes and procedures and supporting Alltech with the ever-evolving obligation as building becomes more and more sophisticated.
Nigel McNicholas,
Designer, Draftsman & Document Controller
Coupled with Greg Smaglo, Nigel is the person who all things revolve around as Nigel is responsible for navigating and processing the enormous amount of technical information that comes with procuring a large-scale commercial roofing package in this modern age. Liaising with the client’s package managers, designers, Architects and supply chain to ensure that our roofs are satisfying the Employers Requirements, building regulations, manufacturer warranties and delivering high end construction information to the Alltech team and client alike to ensure that we are providing compatible solutions to the ever-increasing battle against the elements.
